Clutch Kits

Time for a new clutch... Any suggestions or brands to stay clear of?
I got 102,000mi out of the factory piece, for the cost savings may just slap another OE replacment in.
This was the only aftermarket kit I could find reasonably priced, anyone use them?

Is there any clutch tech write-ups on the net or a service manual besides the factory one?
For my Jeep the web write-ups are typically more detailed and accurate then the manual.
Normally would have had a repair book by now, but it's been a trouble free 5years!

THANKS

Spec makes very good hardware, i never tried one in my protege. But i used one in my honda. I've also installed them, flywheel and clutch both, in a '92 alltrac and a VW R32 as well as my old accord all with great success and satisfaction.
