Note: Skins are for Motorola RAZR V3 model – They WILL NOT work for V3c (CDMA) phones such as from Verizon Wireless And SHOULD NOT be installed.
They may work on 176x220 phones that have menu button (V3, V3i, V3m, e398, etc.)

To Upload to your phone you will need the following:

Skin Manager Software (Free): http://www.planetmotox.net/vault/sof...-Manager_2.zip
A 5-point Mini-USB-B cable (can be found at Radio Shack, Circuit City or most electronics stores)

If your computer doesn’t recognize your phone or nothing happens after opening up Skin Manager then you need to install the drivers:

Just click on the package and the drivers will install. When you connect your phone for the first time it will find a new USB Modem and 3 other items, simply click
NEXT on the install New Hardware Wizard.

Once the skin is installed you will have to use the phone’s menu to choose the skin for it to show. Should be – Main Menu > Settings > Personalize > Skin
Battery Should Be Fully Charged When Installing or “Flashing” Your Phone.

I figured out how to make these things when I was looking for a Mazda skin for my Cingular Razr and I found a forum for Motorola forums that had a guide and a freeware program...

but that Motorola forum (link 2 posts up)has stuff, it's free and you don't have to register, for all types of Motorola phones.

HTC Wizard here (AKA Cingular 8125) .. I figured I would just share what kind of phone I have since that seems to be what this thread is all about now

Oh .. and BOOOO to Nextel!!! (nothing personal Matty .. but that's the WORST cell phone company I've ever been with!!)

 

nextel is my work phone. I have a personal cell phone thats a nokia....n-gage!

 

Oh yea .. I remember talking to you about those before. Good phone, looks fun. But there's very few out there that beat the HTC Wizard .. this phone is absolutely phenomenal!!!
