Question ?When Do I Replace Struts?

Okay - here is the dealee-OH... P5 with 60K miles on it. At 50K i put the eibach springs on it. i expect the stock struts to have their life reduced by the lower springs - but how much? Can i 'bounce test' them like i could shocks on a [geeeze] '72 Impala?

Should they last to 70K?

(Mostly light loads/hwy driving)

yeah, leaky oil is a tell tale sign. also if you run your hand around the tire's tread and there's a sinosoidal wear pattern (kinda like this: _-_-_), chances are, your struts are shot.
