I'm assuming you have a turbo car?? you need a downpipe??

I would recommend a nice header and an MIL eliminator. Cams are not available yet. You should check out my cam thread in the vendor section for info.

if you're using the wagner header with your stock DP you will not need a MIL fix. If you add just the midpipe you will NOT need the MIL fix. If you use the header with a cat-less DP and cat-less MP you WILL need the fix.

If you have to pass a sniffer test (only) I would suggest buying the wagner shorty header and the midpipe WITHOUT cat. The second cat doesn't really do anything anyways. The header will provide a good gain and the midpipe coupled to a nice cat-back will give you a big top-end push. Should make for an overall nice ride.

yes but really you need a free flow cat to eliminate all restrictions

yeah I would just buy a bolt-on exhaust that eliminates the cats and when it comes time for your testing you just swap the stocker back on.

that would be cool but it would just become a pain in the neck. metal under heat too explands and contracts when cold so the pipes might not lineup right anymore

It really wouldn't be too awful. I've taken apart the entire exhaust in about 3 hours. So 6 hours total every 2 years for emissions isn't bad at all. If you do get the shorty header and midpipe/downpipe instead of a full length header, your time will be much less I'm sure.
