brakes howto?
Heya,
I have 2001 ES, and that model came with rear drum breaks and front disks are 258mm.
It is the time to change them, and it's not a big deal, did it before...
so while replacing front, I was wandering if anyone changed rear drums to disk breaks? Is there much involved apart actual parts, and hubs?
Any thought are appreciated.

yeah, you'd need calipers, lines, rotors, pads, hubs, etc....it would be very pricey unless you had access to a wrecked car.....
If you are looking for brake upgrade check out my new GB for Brembo slotted/cross-drilled rotors. Your front brakes do 70% of all stopping duty anyway.

From the "every little bit helps" point of view; check out getting stainless braided brake lines while you've got everything apart. Better feedback through the pedal means shorter stops or more precise trail braking into corners. I did it to an old VW Golf I had, and it was wonderful!
