automatics

I've got a 2003 P5 with the sport-shift. Is there anything I can do to speed up the upshifts in the sport-shift mode? I find the delay between when the shifter is pulled and when it actually shifts very annoying.

Perhaps a chip or something? I noticed they fixed this problem on the Mazda3 as they shift very fast.

you can probably retune the computer or trade the auto for a manual

Angry You can do nothing.......just live with it!

I have automatic too but not sport-auto.

Our transmissions are electronically controlled and if they CAN'T do any chip for our computer for motor, THEY 100% FOR SURE WON'T DO FOR AUTO!

No way I'm trading it for a manual. Can't be bothered with a clutch. But got any ideas about the computer retuning? I have no idea which company does this.

they cant do a piggy back on the engine due to ECU design...it is possible to re-do the shift points, although i dont know what company makes the software, and the shifts can be quicker with a better torque converter
