Stuttering Issue at low Rpm's- 2-3k

My 96 ES has started to stutter and hestiate usually after shifts, up until about 3k. Kinda like I'm taking the gas in n out, smooths out after a couple seconds...

Someone suggested the fuel filter is clogged...just happened all of a sudden..anyone?

Idle control valve could be bad...bad spark plugs and/or distributor rotor and cap...Check these systems or just bring it to the dealership..

I am having the same problem. My car jerks itself and the RPMs jerk until about 3k RPMs. My shop teacher said could be fuel pump or filter. Where is the filter?
