Question 99 es in need of help with adding hp

Does ne1 know how i can add hp to my 99 es without a turbo or supercharger? I mean like a significant amount not like 10 or somethin my goal is to get it to bout 200hp.

cant add much power without buying a blower. Bottom line.
our engines are not that responsive to exhaust mods-intakes.

You're in STL? So am I ...

Not going to get up to 200 without Forced Induction. If you want to do a turbo and save some bones, I know a shop in Belleville that fabricates cutom turbo systems. You could buy a cheap T3 turbo, have them fab the manifold and downpipe, all plumbing, and use whatever engine management other people use on proven turbo systems.

I agree. Haven't seen any NA Protege push 200 HP. The closest you'll get is by doing all the standard NA mods and by significantly reducing the vehicle's weight. That is the approach I'm taking.
