This Kenwood is NOT AVAILABLE in North America, but I can get them for an excellent price.

Plays CDs, MP3 CDs, and MiniDiscs. It is the ONLY double DIN unit out there (that I have found) that plays MP3s.

Variable color display can match the Pros interior perfectly, or constantly color-shift. Motorized and removeable face, tons of other features - includes a wireless remote.

Where did you find that price? Are you sure it is the same unit?

 

Can you get any of the kenwood products shown on that site?
If so I am interested in the lz-800w 8" touchscreen. If you can get that for half price it would come out to be about 1,500 aud. Well let me know. There are a few other things I saw that I liked as well.

Well, I can't get the LZ-800W you were looking at, but can get some excellent DVD players with the fold out screens (I'm almost positive that these are NOT available in North America, either)

Both packages include the DIN head unit (VZ807PMK2 or KVT930DVD), AM/FM hideaway tuner (A907) and 10 disc VCD/CD changer (C907V). The packages are a hell of a deal.
