I just moved up to Wisconsin from Florida and was wondering what the "Twin Cities" were? Are they Neenah and Menasha? Well, I just bought a 2002 Protege and put euro tail lights and bought 17" Sacchi wheels. Hope to hear from you guys. Thanks!
