The video looks bright green, I accidentally activated the Night Vision Effect.
I did 15.1 on that run, but I launched it nice and slow, and still got a lot of wheelspin.
Then after, notice the sound of clutch slipping a lot between gears.

Wow dude, those are some super-high traps! I'm not going to dog on you for your launches, I bet it's hard as hell to keep that thing in control.

With those traps, you should be in the mid-low 14s The 60' tells it all...

The dumpvalve is dumping to the atmosphere so the engine is very loud
