Now i'm even more undecided. I have to admit though i'd choose the EJ25 in the STI over the mad old 4G63 in the EVO.

If there is a more balanced pair of cars i haven't seen it. Look at the curb weights of both of them EVO = STI

 

on the mustang boards, reports of guys trying to run the evo's are appearing. pretty funny.

of course, they're giving the car no respect.

mind you, in mustang world, 1975 t-birds outrun the S2000 so....

 

and both cars have alot of potential too. Throw on a better turbo exhaust and new intake (shitty air box on the EVO) and 30-35 hp is a very real possibility.
