Unhappy oil pan gasket

Hi, I have a 2000 dx with the 1.6. The oil pan gasket just started to leak. Does the trans have to be dropped to change it? It looks to be behind some of the bolts.

Do you mean the oil plug gasket? If you don't change your own oil, chances are it has never been changed. It's just a metal ring that goes around the oil drain plug that only costs a few cents. As with all gaskets, they should not be reused. Is this what you mean, or are there other oil pan gaskets?
