Depreciation Q's

I have a 2002 mazda Protege ES-GT fully loaded with automatic transmission. The car is currently 9 months old. I was wondering how much our car is worth right now. If anyone can give me an accurate estimate, I would really appreciate it. Thx.

Used Value

You are going to take a bath, all new Cars that have good incentives when new suffer from large depreciation. Example, the Protege and Protege5 have 60 month 0% new. You have to sell your Protege for 4-5k less to make it financially responible, unless you find a person to pay you more. being 9 months old, you will lose your pants. Its not just your Mazda either, everybody has depreciation, if you paid 30k for a PT Cruiser last year it would be worth about 8-11k now to a dealer, now that is depreciation!

http://www.edmunds.com usually gives better results than http://www.kbb.com. You might want to try either of those.
