I think I'd maybe give him like 5 bucks or something. At least he's being honest.

NOPE...not a chance in hades.....it would only encourage him to continue to sponge off of the hardworking joe.....and not get off his butt except to get his beer, pot and to play with his hooker....

I have seen that guy in New York City on two occasions about 6 months apart around 1999 (serious!), and I took a picture of him with one of my friends. I scanned a similar pic (but in front of a buffet in NYC) that I took of him, but apparently the web space has died down

Do you think he belongs to a bunch of internet forums devoted to homelessness? Where they all trade tips? And holler at the newbies to read the FAQ and do a search before they post dumb questions?
