NOPE...not a chance in hades.....it would only encourage him to continue to sponge off of the hardworking joe.....and not get off his butt except to get his beer, pot and to play with his hooker....

I have seen that guy in New York City on two occasions about 6 months apart around 1999 (serious!), and I took a picture of him with one of my friends. I scanned a similar pic (but in front of a buffet in NYC) that I took of him, but apparently the web space has died down
