well tonight i went home to connceticut, and my sister just bought a 2000 pro lx 5-speed, and she was talkig **** about how her car is faster and what not. so we raced tonight, and i killed her by close to 3 car lenths. so im kinda proud of the little 1.6.

 

cool, showed them, good kill!

 

The real question is, how well can your sister row thru the gears?

If you want to test it, switch cars and see if you can beat her with her own ride - then you know it's technique, not the car (which it usually is anyway).

Is this race about driving skills b/c your car and her car have the SAME EXACT engine?

 

He had a CAI ,exhaust and act clutch . it was a interesting race ..Jon

 

So, if she knew he had light performance mods to his engine, why did she want to race him and why did she think she could beat him? That doesn't sound to bright on her part.

 

she knew i had the mods, it was just the fact that she just bought her protege, so she was talking crap.she knew her car was going to lose. it was all outa fun.

When I first got my car, I raced a mustang and a BMW Z3 for fun. I was just so happy to have a new car I guess.

 

I raced a corvette and a Is300... :-) no actually they beat my *** sideways . But it was funny ..Jon

 

This lady with an IS300 kept playing with me on the road before. I wish my car was faster because she was just picking on me because my car was slower and had fart noises.
