diagnostic plug located in engine bay between driver strut tower and brake master cylinder.
jump pin GRD and TEN
turn key on
CEL will flash quickly to indicate 1st number of code
CEL will then flash slowly for the 2nd number of code
turn key off
remove jumper
check haynes manual for code number and description
repair as needed
reset ECU by removing battery ground cable and depressing brake pedal for 30secs.
retest vehicle for continued CEL illumination
