I am 16 and I live in Vancouver. I am so frustrated that people race and crash and then ICBC (the ONLY insurance companying in BC) increasing MY insurance rates.

yup... i totally agree... i mean if you think you're da ***** then PROVE IT!!! But prove it here... not on the streets where other ppl who never chose to accept that risk can get hurt...
