Calgary Dents

Hey,

Do any of you Calgarians know a good place to get a door ding taken out? Some jerk gave me a good one right in the drivers side door about 1.5 inches in diamater.

I also have a dent where a bird hit the A-piller, and put a dent into it.

Any ideas?

Definiantely try "paintless dent repair". I went to a guy named "something" Harris, I believe, with Precision Autobody or something like that, anyways it took him 1/2 hour to do it any he gave me some good info. So ask about every option you have a lead on and ask your dealership what'll void the warranty. The same thing happened to me and my car was 2 and 1/2 weeks old. I was choked. Anyways if you want I will find the # and the name of the shop and guy who fix it cause I have his card at home. You just have to wait till I get there on Sunday. Just leave a post here, K?

by the way, it cost me $60 so it was cheap compared to an autobody shop at $340! And I had the same size dent you have except I didn't hit a bird. Anyhow, if you decide to go with him, try haggly with him a little, if he says "how does $60, sound?" Then tell him "well I only have $50 on me , I guess I'll have to go to a bank..." But don't try to much, he seems to be a really nice guy and he does great work...I sound like a promotion but, I was so happy the work he did on my car.
