It would be quite nice to have the "Off-topic" section resurrected. There is no real reason to have removed this section, unless of course, it is the goal of the p-club to stifle conversation between members.
Is the free exchange of (non-protege related) ideas no longer an option with this Forum? Granted, the current political climate in the US is one censorship, but does this have to infect innocuous internet sites as well?
Whatever the personal conflicts may be that have led to this "situation", they should not result in the closure of threads and denial of information. Such "knee-jerk" reactions are entirely counter to the beauty of the "Information Age"! Please consider the ramifications of your actions, and the ultimate message conveyed by such erratic behavior...
