My best run was a 17.1 @ 80mph Its kinda wierd how my friends new TRD Celica can get beat me with a 1/4 mile of 16.7 but when it comes to freeway racing I can spank him pretty bad. On are way to the track we were on the freeway and he got next to me and we both gunned it.....I pulled on him pretty good....i know thats when the cams are at its best....but off-the-line they didnt help me too too much. A '01 Accord V6 got next to me on the feeter (we were doing about 40mph)and when we both punched it I pulled ahead by a car length and he gradually passed me. I need Nitrous!!!

You did better than I did. I raced an Accord V6 and it pissed all over me, but I also gave up real early which probably made it worst.

Stock, the SER's are not all that great. But, there's so many options to boost performance it should be called a Honda

yeah, nissan classic sers were b/t 91 and 94. i had a 93, they are sweet cars... definantly not sentras. they have monster mid-range and a great top end... the ones they make now lost that top end, actually only a lil but the rev range is narrowed quite a bit. he probably re-built his tranny as a friend and i did mine b/c of a 5th gear popout... a common problem for 91's and 2's... but apparently mine had it too as a 93. i sold it to a friend b/c i needed cash for school and i regret ever selling it. they handle great (a lil push but not much, but very flat, you can induce oversteer easily with a lil trail braking and if it get's hairy it is easy to recover). please be safe out there... i used to race on the streets (heck i used to do tail-out anitics so i shouldn't be talking) too so i know the thrill, but i want yall to be safe as well.

93' classic ser... the ultimate sleeper...

on your defence... you did have two adults in the car as well.

a lightly moded ser can get 14's easy. i'm sure a well sorted out stocker 92 can get 14.6 with nice tires. they are geared pretty low and are easy to launch.

ah a nother 93 se-r owner.... gotta love them.... sad to hear you had to sell it, but atleast you enjoyed it!

its a really beautiful little car, great engine! i love mine, though i hate it all over again (i get the feeling of hating it being old all the time but oh well)

fast cars out of the box, and even faster with a few mods... dont laugh at sentras, unless you wanna be laughed at after we smoke your ***
