(hehe i wasn't street racing) coming home from school and this guy i don't know with a ricer corolla comes up to me. this old corolla (not sure of the year) got steelies, a universal exhaust, and "seems" to be lowered. we're at a stop sign (its about 4:00 and this area usually hardly nobody drives, it starts with a pretty long straightaway then like you go under an underpass and there is another stop sign). he revs up to me, im like "hmm i think i got a chance, my DOHC versus his i think SOHC". so i return back and with a thumbs up..he tells me to count to 5,

we start (i do a slight burn out) i think he started before me...im going hard, slowly catching up to that busta. boom shift to 3rd and my DOHC is getting up there...im 1/2 a car length ahead of him and more and more going ahead. my hearts racing, and right before we reach the steep drop to do under the underpass im a full length ahead of him. man i was going i tink 65..i think (its all a blur). we stop at the next stop sign, give eachother props in the car from our cars and move on. first race ever...felt the adrenaline..man when i went under the overpass my stomach dropped. this spot is renounded forraces...no pedestrian walking areas, rarely cops. well thats my story..open to your opinions

 

oh yeah to add...didn't go any faster cuz like ain't gonna risk it for just a street race. top speed was maybe 70 (65 before hitting underpass)

 

How did ur Dx pro get a dohc motor ?
