I think we're talking about mostly stock cars here. The only '95ish altimas running that kind of times are either 5spd with quite a bit of work to them, or running on slicks. The fastest NA time I could find on altimas.net was 15.1 on street tires. He was 5spd.

Zkrazy on altimas.net has a auto altima that has 148whp @ 5500rpm, and he runs a 16.7 @ 82.2 MPH... It's in his sig. Is your track going downhill?

back seat was out and passenger side seat.
Stripped trunk.no hood.and she ways 105lbs.
we got this car from her sisters boyfriend who said it was the fastest automatic in the class he ran in in houston texas.he said there he broke 14's

I think we're talking about mostly stock cars here.
Granted, that seems to be a very quick car, but this was a race on the street, so there was no 'lemme stop to remove half of my car' race.
