Crx

I've only tried to race one of these before, and yes, he wooped my ***, guess cuz that car is so small/light.

Anyways, there was this dude tonight, and its been POURING rain, once again my Kumho tires came into play, and this dude ended up peeling out, and not moving anywhere, as I drove away... hehehe!!!

Its not the car that counts, its the driver alright!

Gujustud, the funnnnniiiiest thing tonight coming back from work........ Like you said it was pouring rain outside, and this stupid Talon/Laser '90 probably started sliping off the light, so I thought hey, this guy thinks he's slick, so I pulled ahead of him and then I let the gas go, and right after he passes me, I start braking because there was a red light in front of us. The idiot slams on his brakes, and starts sliding towards the middle of the intersection and sort of stops more then halfway and then just goes through the red light since I guess there was no point in stopping. It made my night, first I beat him, then he couldn't stop, hahaha, fool

racing in the rain? That's insane. No matter how good of a driver you think you're, you don't know about the one next to you. It's dangerous as it gets on dry pavement, then to add rain to the equation is completely crazy

If that was a turbo eclipse/talon those are fast and HIGHLY tunable. That is going to be my project car. I'm going to leave the p5 alone for the most part. just a CAI, Cat-Back and other stuff.

The Old Guy, I can't agree with you more about your comment about being a good driver, but not knowing the one next to you. I posted a quote like that on my website cuz on Monday some lady totaled her car and my best friends pathfinder after she ran a red light. Driving in the rain is insane, I don't care how good your tires are or how good of a driver you think you are. Be safe people, that way you can keep modding your Pro's and keep your Pro for the next to you race (safely). Small rant, sorry.

I know I know

I don't race in rain, well the only times that I 'race' is 0-70 km/h and then I resume my cruising speed, and I don't race in rain, you don't know how many times people have swerved into my lane when it was wet outside, but it's even worst when there's snow out there. And this Laser/Talon that I mentioned didn't seem that fast, or maybe he let the clutch go too fast. Whatever it was, I made him look like a fool hahaha

Speaking of CRX's, this dude in some POS CRX HF (the one with no power whatsoever, the ones I refuse to mess with are the Si's) was next to me at a stoplight. Dude was such a ricer, but anyways, he noticed I had a K&N sticker on my car, so immediately, he wants to race. I rolled my eyes, waited for the green, took off real slow, then floored it when I realized his car was probably slower than mine, which it was, and stomped his ***. He gave me a dirty look at the next light. What a dipshit. I wasn't even trying.

I don't actually race in the rain myself, this was a one off sorta thing (the look the guy gave me was like he was saying "ya *****!")...

I think one thing why I've always love about racing in the rain is that one race scene in Driven when they are racing in the rain, and taking that hairpin turn... that was sweet, they must have some SERIOUS crazy tires to manouvre like that...
