ok, while I am out of a car, my girlfriends mom let's me drive her 2001 sonata around. Don't get me wrong, its a very nice car, just not my style.

Well, I'm sitting at the stoplight going to wal-mart, and this little black civic with a big *** V-TEC sticker on the side of his car pulls up beside of me. now we are on one of those highway type deals, where the speed limit is like, 55 or somethin like that.

So I'm sittin there, minding my own business, listening to System of a Down very loud, and this ****** puts his window down, revs his engine, so I look over, and he flips me off. I'm like WTF?!? not thinking I could do **** to his V-tec, I wasn't going to do anything, just let him pull off down the road, thinking he is cool, and we get to the next stop light. then he winks and my g/f. Oh was I fumin. so as soon as that light turned green, I took off. he got ahead of me from the start, and as soon as dropped it into 3rd, I was gone. NEVER knew a sonata could spank a civic like that. hell, maybe he just thought he was cool with the v-tec sticker, and didn't even have a v-tec, but hey, I spanked the **** outta him, and made my girlfriends mom feel good about her car.

 

Although Hyndai's are korean, they are getting better and better by the years. The sonata's, as you figured out are V6's so, any V6 could kick any I4 car any day. and that *** who was pulling moves on your girl, got what was coming to him.

Good one and I believe it because I rode in a sonata before and they could move

 

Uh, my 3rd gen can hand a V6 Mustang it's *** any day of the week, sir.



My V6 S10 on the other hand, I hope you're super charging your turbo with 10000 shot of NAWS or forget it.

mustangs are heavy for a V6
but S10 are quite light

so, what I mean, is that sonata's are quick.....they are light and not bulky, so a V6 in it flex's its muscles in it and accelerates fast

 

 

Oh its a 1994 vtec, I already raced one of them and we were neck to neck all the way to 90mph. They are slow but if you are talking about a 99 or 2000 man on the run they are pretty fast. I get them on the start till about 3rd gear and then they pass me. But oh well I think a Sonata has 192 whp.

You're talking out your ***. Some V6's SUCK and are heavy, where as an I4 could have turbo or a little nitrous or something. More power does not mean faster car. Otherwise instead of NASCAR, it would be NASMACK TRUCK.

If you mean "on average, a V6 car is faster than an I4", then say so.
