I raced my 1st Gen Protege against one of my friends with his 2001 Dodge Neon.........

It was off the light............I had a better start and was ahead the whole time but I could see the front of his car next to me.....
It was a pretty close race and we slowed down when we got to around 65mph..........

the only advantage that I had was that my car was stick compared to his auto, but still............there is a 10 year difference between the cars and I still won

You problably would of wooped on him in the high end too dont unerestimate the power of a first gen pro. Good job mr X

I never underestimate the power of a 1st gen........I think I lean more towards overestimating it

 

Yea no ****, in my mind my dx is the fastest fucken car out there, you know until i get worked then i calm down a little bit.

i know you would have taken it on the top end. b/c the neon would have shut down at 118. pos dodge...
