Ok so here I was going to pick up my lunch at the local sub shop, when I pass this dude in this 1997 or so raggidy looking eclipse. Well we just kinda looked at each other and kept going our own ways, then all of a sudden he starts revving me. I think to myself, well maybe I can take him, he didn't seem to have any mods aside from the wheels and maybe an Intake. His engine sounded like it had something done to it, not sure what. But anyway after he started revving me he took off and I had a car in front of me so I got behind him as we came up to a redlight in front of the local high school. Well I figured I would catch up to him at the next light and we could get side by side but he started revving his engine so I figured what the hell. When the light turned green he floored it and scorched his tires. Not really thinking about it I took off and I must have launched pretty good because I started to pull on him right away and got close enough where I had to get in the next lane and just keep pulling on him the whole time we were running and not that long into the run I passed his ***. When I did I just looked over at him and smiled, he looked confused. hehe I was pretty happy about the whole thing and thought he would come back for more but he turned down another road. It mighta been a crapy car but he was racing and it felt good to win one for the boys.

 

hehe nice, way to go, I turned down a Scirocco tonight, had to get home really fast and then go and meet up with some people later........ I think a cop might've taken a radar picture of me trying to see what the speed maximum is at I was at about 140 km/h at the time........ freeway of course.....

U say a '97 Eclipse? Not bad, we don't have those here in Canada, well except for the imported ones, but they're not too common so I wouldn't know exactly how fast they are. Are they same as Talons?

I think it was N/A because don't the turbo's have dual exaust? This one only had a single. I still enjoyed it

 

The 2nd Gen turbo's also have the high spoiler. 94-99 I'm pretty sure.

Alittle off topic but in the spring I am starting a project car either a 1st Gen Talon/Eclipse AWD. Turbo of course.
