I dunno who built it but it looks they have no clue what they're doing.

I hear the reason the guy made it this way is because it is illegal to modify your car in England. So he hid the blower outside the bay....cant do anything to cover up the nasty gear whine of an eaton or hide the fact that you have a belt going through your bumper...
