But atleast once in awhile someone will have real spinners on their car during cruise nights. One of the funniest things i remember was my little sister shes like 13 y/o ran up to this escalade filled up with people who looked to be latin kings and ask em if she could spin the spinners. they said sure

yeah well the meanest of people do not show anger or hate in front of childeren.. if anything they want to be good samaritens.. you know?
