Ghetto. Those are fake and not spinners. Those are just the floater plates, its missing the actual blade that does the spinning. A cop should give that trucker a ticket for being stupid.

I was at Sonics one day...I saw this Cavi and I looked over at my friend and was like:
"Yo...I'm gonna go spin those hubcap spinnaz." So I did...and almost got my *** beat down by Big Bertha in the process.

Right before I spun them....


Right after...and old girl came out to see what I was doing....My buddy has the video...lol...I'm a one man party lemme tell ya.
