hmmm i was looking at it, and it looks quite similiar to the autoexe front lip, except that the autoexe one has liek a line going through the middle where this one doesn't have that line which makes it look more like a one piece, and the autoexe more like a two piece

seb - that's the sport20 bumper which is a direct fit to the U.S. 99-00 models. the headlights and corners on the blue protege (UPSman's protege) is the sport20 headlight conversion he got from corksport that sells for around $900 and change (crazy!). But the bumper is the sport20 that corksport sells for around $350ish, I just bought it myself.

what I would like to know is where those damn headlights came from

Hello,

Just look carefully on the gray car you can see the corner light look like same as the north america.

On the blue car you car you see the corner light are smaller than the gray car and not same shape.

I Know about sp20 you need to change the corner and headlight i don't change you have lite gap.

What i see on the gray car the bumper it is differant than the sp20 bumper

I tried to have more info about bumper because look fit on north corner and headlight without any modification

seb

it is the sp20 bumper with a lip put on

Edit: the thing i love about this car, is that not only does it look sick, one of the best proteges i think, but the thing i love more, is that it doesn't only look good, it has the power to back up it looks.... 300ps aint no joke, damn this car is crazy, i wonder what times he gets
i wonder if he has a custom intake manifold, obviously he has forged internals... i wonder what turbo hes running, i think he mentioned it in the other thread....

but man i love this car, and its where i wanna go with my pro

Hello,

Think wath you woudlike but the bumper from the gray car it not sp20 because sport sp20 have different shape for headlight and corner light

the gray bumper if from 323 in twain and it is the same shape of headlight and corner thant the north america headlight and corner.

the 2 bumper look same still but if look about shape for the bumper fit on the headlight and corner it is not the same fit

Think what you wouldlike about about the gray bumper. I not blind i see the difference.

sp 20 front

twain fron

just look you will the diferent shape ion the buton of headlight and the corner

the dark gray bumper IS the sport20 bumper, he has the same syle headlights(housings anyway) and corners as a North American protege..the blue one has the FULL Sport20 kit, which includes the J-spec bumper, headlights, corners, AND fenders..no you are not blind, just obviously ignorant

comeon man, we aren't tryna put you down

just some of us know quite a bit, and are quite knowledgeable

if you really want to justify your thoughts with us, then get a shot of both cars from the EXACT same angle, and show the differences

you gotta also remember the taiwan car has eyelids on the headlights... which can help cover that little gap, (remember it aint that big of a gap)

the gray protege has obviously had alotta money put into it, so who says he didn't put a little more into it to get the little fitament issues, here and there, fixed

and you didn't have to get hostile over it all man, it just shows more ignorance by doing that.
i didn't flame you or anything in my reply, so we coulda had a normal discussion about it all, so if someone disagrees with you in the future, dont get mad man, just listen, and have a proper discussion

just looking at it again, i think those eyelids can easily cover the gap....

and man it is alright to be wrong, its not like the world is ending just cuz your wrong, its alright man, just as long as u learn the right info right
