Yes, Mazda supports them
Those cars are all supported by MazdaSpeed - they're modified MP3s, though.
IIRC, the SCCA has a 3-Mazda official team, and they finished third for the year, behind BMW (3-series) and Acura (Integras), but ahead of Lexus (IS300). Pretty good for their first year (I think). Thos cars are NA, and modifications churn out 230+ hp!

Yeah, Menace has it right. There is just one factory support car for the SCCA ProRally Championship.
MAZDASPEED Rally Team USA is run by Burmeister Rallysport with help from Mazda.
After running 8 of 9 rallies from Maine to SoCal, we had 2 firsts, 1 second, 3 thirds, 1 fourth, and a single DNF (sorry Menace). We wound up 2nd in the Group 2 Championships for both Drivers and Manufacturers (Mazda) out of 30 national competitors.
We also got second in the hunt for the esteemed Woodner Cup, an award for the fastest 2WD car in the championship. This combines our Group 2 class (2 liter n/a) with Group 5 (V8s, turbos, etc.).
