What's that thing coming from the steering wheel area?

 

hey everyones got to shop at auto zone lol..... anyway i got a black light under the wheel, the little white/blue box is a lighter adapter, 4 plug output, which glowes when light is on, plus my pedals. then the wire your seeing is going to my cell phone. does that about cover it?

 

Oohhhh, I thought it was some kind of anti-theft deterent that was attached to the steering wheel column.

 

ive got to get short throw shifter. see that long rod? i'll break my passenger knee cap off. i have had complants.
