okay...Im stumped on how to post a pic
thought copying my properties and the url and dropping it into the IMG window would work...apparently I'm missing something in the translation.

To make it work, your last [] should actually be [/IMG]. The first img should be in caps. To be sure it's done right, just click on IMG and enter the URL.
