My P5 with no side moldings

Here is a pic of my P5 with the side moldings removed. (the plastic door things that are supposed to prevent door dings)

How hard was it to pop off the moldings & how much crap was under them?

i did the same thing awhile ago and havent had any problems yet. there were 2 strips of sticky foam underneath the moldings. i said funk it and took it to the shop and had them take it off they charged me 1 hour of shop time $48. i think it vastly improves the loos of the car.

I agree with you guys about the look. The moldings protect from dings but you can get dings in your door either way. You just have to be careful. Besides, the Mazdaspeed Protege doesn't have any side moldings either.
