My 3...what you think....

The rundown.... Sportline kit front only, Konig 18", 2.3 and body moldings removed, 20% tint, AEM cold air intake, concept headrest monitors cut into headrest (not that prefab crap), Memphis Mojo 4000D, Memphis 5004 125x4 highs amp, memphis 6.5" components, 5 - 1 farad caps, 2 optima Red tops, PS2, Kenwood Excelon 817DVD indash, navigation, A/V2 and aux 120V in center console, 0gauge wire...I think thats it...oh, the battery is now in the spare tire well so you don't see it, and Im working on a box to put both Mojo subs ported in there....let me know what you think...Everything was done by me personally....

40% off wholesale is a damn good price, and I agree about the memphis goodies. My buddy had his car set up a little bit like yours and it hit HARD. I don't remember him having 5 caps though.
Your car must bump.

Well thanx for all the compliments. I have really put a lot of time and days off into the car. And honestly, the system is temporary. I want to float the amps and put the subs in the floor, but I also want to dynamat the whole car when I do that. Also do a little rewiring and whatnot. So I need to either 1) come up with a car to drive for about a month, or 2) get off my *** and open my own shop. Only time will tell, but either way, it will get done.

what can I do that doesn't involve my car being torn down for weeks, costing me 10G's, and will be very reliable?

Impressive install!

Just a few questions/suggestions:
1. why no battery box? Is it secured in some other way? I know the Optima batteries are totally sealed so you shouldn't ever have a leakage problem, but I wonder if it could pass inspection or SCCA tech?
2. WHOA that's a ton of caps. What made you decide on that? I've never done "high power" audio installs, but I'm thinking that the burst power level available with all those caps is enough to literally explodes anyone's eardrums within a 20ft radius of the car.

again man, sick install, the plug outlet/jacks (I'm assuming video/audio input) is very stealth. Actually pretty much the whole install is pretty stealth considering how much stuff is there.

Maybe I should have done audio work instead of turbo stuff.. can be just as expensive, but oh so shiny and won't make my engine explode hehe
