Ok i some time race rc cars with alot of guys that run 1/8th scale serpents. I had a 1/10 scale hpi rs4 with a .12 novarassi motor. I got my *** wooped all day long. So what i did was i got a conversion kit to put that big *** motor from the 1/8th scale in the 1/10th and did'nt tell them anything. The turbo motor is rated at 2.5hp. I also installed a 2 speed tranny, tune pipe, centex clutch which alows me to raise my rpm without the car moving to get a good launch, and carbon fiber brakes to stop everything. hmmm a good ol .21 coversion kit in a 1/10 scale rs-4 or do you have the rs-4 super ....
anyway ,, hell yeah you will woop on them awful with that set up ..
I have a rs4 2 with os .12 cvr motor ... I need to get it up and running again .. that damn thing is fun as hell .. what do you think of the rs4 3's ..
I was thinking of buying one or getting a 1/8th scale on road racer... i am not sure yet

that cars sweet, whats one of them run price wise?? and how fast they go?

upwards of 65 miles an hour and faster...
depends on your 2 speed and gearing ..
ofcourse at this speed if one hit your leg,, your bones would completely shatter ........

and the priceing tends to start at around 279 (kit price) up to maybe say 1000 (depending on car)
serpents I think are like around 400 or 500 without and sometimes with motors

I think iv'e hit 75mph with this car, yes it's a super rs4. I also have a rs4 with a big block .15 nova in it, that **** moves to but the super flys. I have well over 2000 in these cars. I have like 6 diff bodies, tools, parts etc.the Airtronics M8 radio you know that is the ****. I break alot of parts when i run that super hard. one time i had it reved up high cuz i was racing a serpent, when really got down on it to launch, that thing wing bang. I thought i blew the motor but it shattered one of the cvd's and bent the others. Hey goldpro i can prob beat you in an 8th mile race Iv'e set it aside now since i bought my p5. parts for that **** is the same price as parts for my p5 I'll prob dust it off this summer and go look for some more serpents to kill
