Lightbulb First Pic Post, Comments Appreciated (updated)

Hey guys, I haven't been around the forum too long, but have recently put alot of $$ and elbow grease into my Pro, and was looking for a general census of what people thought. Comments and opinions welcome!

**previously people weren't able to see the drop for what reason i'm not sure...anyway, there is a "before the drop" pic. posted further down on the thread...second page I believe. Thanks!**

Painted Callipers...Dark Blue...Very Suttle.

Mazda Speed Exhaust.

I'm the white guy.

Thanks for looking!

Altezza's, strut bar, probably a lower drop, audio system, interior work, and alot of engine work...everything so far has been cosmetic, but I wanted to get it out of the way.

OK you said opinions welcome....so well my opinion is you need to learn not to curb your goddamn wheels.... that or explain why your wheel has that ****** ding in it.

The car is dropped almost 2". The wheels are 16X7" konig divas. Maybe it's just the shadowing. Thanks for the comments though!

Yeah it does. My roomie had an orange 2000 gti with some 18's on it, and he came back one day wiht his **** all dinged up...and I was like "what the **** dude, were you drunk?", and when he replied he was sober I was highly disapponited in him. No one should be sober and ever EVER curb their damn wheels. So were you drunk?

Well, you know what, I had considered saying that I was drunk simply to avoid persecution, but no, I was on my way home from a shitty day at work. Sorry to let you down.

Hey, since you clamped your springs to achieve your 2" drop . . . Did you actually measure the distance from the wheel well lip to the ground before & after? It looks like you might have .5~1 inch drop max. Maybe you clamped together 2 inches worth of unloaded coils? Something doesn't add up.

Yup, sure did nate. I actually measured from the little crevice between the rim and tire (it was easy to stick the tip of the tape measure there) to the bottom of the wheel well. Thanks!

Cool, I guess since you say that it has been dropped 2 inches how about 3 inches it would look better. By the way which springs did you use. It didnt seem dropped to me but maybe I would have to see it in person. But the car looks hot.
