How do you make your wheels sooo black and shiney?

You can use engine block spray. Spray them black and they'll be super shiny. At least that's what my bro did with his Civic...

I sprayed that tire foam stuff on the wheels as well as the tires. Even though they're steelies you still gotta keep them bling! lol
