Yeah looks to be a Buddy Club front clip. BC never made a kit for any Protege so I would say it was a custom job originally.

 

I'm so glad PA doesn't require a front mount license plate.

erebuni made the whole kit and yeah i no ure lucky u live in pa and out of jersey bc i had the lisence plate in the winshild for a while and got pulled over alot so yeah ill have pics of the underglow kit and head light strobes soon

hey I like the kit too...looks very fimilar... But down here in texas you have to wear the license plate in the front too...it sucks... bad!!!!! Oh well...
