Shitty deal with the rim, but I think it's just about an inch too low. Take her back up!

Alright, I've called all over the United States and had no luck with finding a replacement for my wheel. Racing Hart discountinued it and the places that do have it won't sell it to me as a single, I have to by a set and they don't have it in chrome. The place that I sent it to said the damage can't be fixed. I hit so hard that one of the spokes bent. Does anyone out there know who CAN fix it? I also looked to see if someone could make an exact copy. I'll even send them one of the undamaged wheels if need be, so they can get the exact specs. I don't know if there's any legal issues when it comes to making copied wheels, but right now I'm despirate. I need some help guys.

Until I get this fixed, I'm riding on a cheap alloy that I bought for $100. The company is Pacer, the name of the wheel I don't know. It really didn't matter to me, I just need a 17" wheel.

Sorry to hear about the wheel, hope you get it fixed. Regardless your Pro still looks awesome. I can't wait till I get the Sport 20 kit on my Pro.

Man that sucks. I had the same problem with my KMC's. I took the rear set to a machine shop and had them shave 6 mm of the offset. And now no problem. All the way down. Have you tried Wheels America for the repair? Try them at www.fixrim.com

Thanks, you have a nice ride too. It's dropped about three inches. The front is as low as it's going to get, the back has about another inch to go. I'm leaving it as is. I like the fact that the back tucks a little. I got the GC coilovers from NOPI for $400, $150 at a local shop for installation.

BTW, if I'm in the area I'll look you up.

I already talked to them. They can't fix it b/c it's too badly damaged. But he did say that they could make an exact replica. He has too talk to the manager to see if it's ok. If so, I'm in business. I figure it's going to cost between $300-$400 which is the same as the original. I don't care if it's not a real Racing Hart, I just want to be rolling on 4 matching wheel again.

No custom trunk here. You must be talking about protege king's trunk. Tight as hell, huh? Thanks for the compliment.

One more question P2K, do you ride it dropped 3 inches or how low? And how is the turning radius with the car that low? They are 17's right?

Yep, I slammed 3 inches 24/7 with 17" wheels and the turning radius is the same as factory.

I have the front as low as it's going to get and if I lower the back anymore, the fender will be resting on the tire.

After 3 weeks of searching, I finally found one. A guy in Atlanta had it on display for about 2 years and it wasn't doing anything but collecting dust. He only had this one and since the wheel is discontinued and since I had a hard time of finding one, he sold it to me for $75. You can't get any better than especially when it's worth about $300. Yeah it's white but I'll chrome it next month. I really lucked up this time.
