I had the magnetic bra on for less then 6 monthes. And you can tell now. Even after countless waxings there is still marks, and whatever you do don't get anything under it, even the smallest spec of dirt causes damage.

I just bought the bugaurd from http://www.mazdaperformanceparts.com/. I think they are the same ones as ebay. Just put it on today, we will see how it goes.
