glad to see you made it over to sportsnimports. don't feel too bad, i think alex has been autox'ing for awhile now (i'm not too sure about the other 2 guys that placed 1st/2nd in STS). like i said, if you ever wanna head out here for an autox, just let me know.

 

The last FD was released in April 2002. It was the RX-7 Spirit A Type R. I believe there were only 1500 produced. Here is a pic:



Sorry it's so big, but i couldn't upload a pic from my HD. That is the only color they came in BTW. I love it. I have a model made by Fujima of that exact car. I have yet to put it together yet, however.

I didn't get any shots of us driving because I forgot to get Jason or that other dude that couldn't drive to take some film. Maybe next month if they come along.

Oh, hey clint.. try and find a way where we can mount the cam corder in your car. I'd love to get some sweet shots f rom inside the car - with you, and I driving.

You do know that I would have beaten you or atleast gotten closer to you than the times posted if you didn't manually shift with your auto? .. Nice job. You did really well Sunday. Funny thing is, I did pretty decent for my first time in a automatic at an autocross. Let alone, I was close to you guys, instead of what I would normally be - far apart in my normal class ES


Clint, if you decide to go to NOLA's or 'ham's, AL autox's let me know. I've been meanin' to go to theirs, I just hate going alone...... lol
