depends on your shop. its always different man. expect about 100 bucks though.

and one final set of questions before i buy.....is there already places to attach them or not? will i have to drill into the body of the car itself? and will the neons still be as visible if i leave them on the bottom of the car, and not try to mount them on the skirts?

these are light enough where you will be able to use the double sided tape to keep them on. you may put a couple of screws into factory or drilled holes. that will be up to you.
