Hey guys, I just installed a 6cd changer(indash) in my protege
and I took out the original
The CD player/am/fm is in perfect condition, so, I am thinking to sell it and I want to try here first before ebay
I have seen them sell up to 55 dollars
However, i will be including the cd case with too if wished

Are all CD players fit on most of the cars?
Coz I don't want to have installation problems afer I bought one....

 

If my info is good, All stock players should fit properly on all models 99 and above

the 6 cd changer that I got, which i hope you saw on my site, is from a 2002 protege, which a dealer had excess of and was selling it. If it is a 95+ protege, I would be fairly confidet, however, if you are not sure, I would be happy to give you the measurements

Does his car have a double din(deck) or just one spot, and if so, here are the measurements if you were to ever come again across the stock mazda cd player(the 99 and 2000 models are the same thing, the 2001 and up are different)
width 7.5 inches
height almost 2.5 inches
length(inside the dashboard) 6.25 inches
See if they could help with you decision

 

I think it's a double deck. I has a empty spot at the top of the radio.
