You need a hoist ,I lowered teh cross member enought to get at teh bolts that hold the bar brackets on ,then wiggled the old bar out and wiggled teh new bar in then attached the new brackets and put everything back together again ,it was a pain to do but worth it in the end

Krayzie, you will love them. The front is a right royal PITA, but totally worth it. Combined with the AXR clunk fix brackets for the rear and you will have a balanced car. I have actually experienced oversteer in my ES. Pretty awesome for a front driver.

According to the Protegé FAQ from TheMan, the front sway is 25mm (same as the MP3), and the rear is 20mm (19mm for the MP3). Never measured it myself, but I could do so when the weather warms up.
