Hi guys,

Check out our website at www.sparkcoonline.com

We are designing, manufacturing and distributing new and exciting products for Mazda Proteges. Our inventory is expanding, and we will soon be carrying many new products.

We are the manufacturers of "Sparkco Ignition Wires" which many of you have probably read about in the forums.

Our newest product is cross drilled rotors. We have HID conversion kits, 10 disc DVD changers with LCDs, Teins suspension, Progress suspension, Rota Wheels, and air intakes, all on the way !

Hope to see you soon

Considering the fact he is one of the FEW manufacturers to come to our site and let us know they are selling products for our cars, I don't care how many products they have. They said they are working on parts for our cars and I am glad they made the effort to come to us and advertise rather than having us search all over for them.

THANK YOU FOR THE HEADS UP SPARKCO!!

I'm glad that he stopped by and gave a heads-up too! From my experience with their plug wires, they have a great product there with more to follow I am sure. They seem to be filling a market niche that was heretofore rather empty.

Thanks SparkCo and keep up the great work. I love my ignition wire kit and the color is sharp!

Hi guys,

thanks for your support, and it is true that we only have a few products available now, but there is lots on the way. I will be sure to post when we get new stuff.

As for the available colors here they are:

sparkcoonline:

Just wondering if you can comment on the major problems many members from the Toronto Protege club are having, also including myself from Vancouver:

Sent Sparkco another email:

Hi Peter,

Its been close to a month now. When I spoke to you last week you informed me that you would send out a new set on Thursday (Oct 10th). Its been another week and I still have to receive my new set.

I’m quite upset that I haven’t been getting any information from you regarding the situation, and it seems to be me having to call you to get any information. At this point in time I would appreciate it if you could just refund my money for the wires and I will gladly ship the set I have back. However I don’t feel that I should have to pay for the shipping of the wires back to your company as they were a manufacture defect.

Thanks again for your business, I look forward to your reply.

We'll see what happens (email sent on friday)

Angry Pissed off.

I'M PISSED OFF.

Sparkco has to be the STUPIDEST company ever.

I finally get a email from them (Peter):

Hello Amish,

How are you? Sorry for the late reply to your last emails, I was out of town.

Sorry, I think we are misunderstand each other. We have to receive the defect wire set first, so that we can exam the wires. We will send you a complete new set under warranty with prepay express shipping. We will pay you back the return shipping cost. Please send it back to us by regular Canada Postal service.

Again, we are sorry about this misunderstanding. We will send you a new ( improve ) wire set immediately once we've received the old one. Thanks!

Please ship it back to our office address as followed:

Misunderstanding????????

We have to receive the defect wire set first, so that we can exam the wires.

The first time I spoke with him on the phone he said he would ship me a set, then when I got it I could ship mine back.

The second time I spoke with him on the phone he said that because they are making the new wires to send my set back to save time.

Now he's saying that they have to exam the wires before they can send me a new set.

WHAT the hell? He told me on the phone it was a error when they made them, because the plugs weren't long enough to cover the entire COILS???? WHAT examanation do they need to do.

I'm SEVERELY pissed off right now. I'll reply to his email when I've calmed down a little...

Hi,

The problem that exists with the wires is only in 2 cases:

1) Group Buy from the Toronto Protege Club through SpeedTech Auto. To have your wires exchanged, contact them directly.

2) Gusjustud: Send your wires back by mail for an exhange. Shipping will be refunded. You have been contacted.

The problems arose when a slight design modification was made, and this problem only effected around 20 sets of wires. These cases are the two listed above.

This problem does not effect most people !!!!!!

For those it did effect, we appologize.
