Boston: I think I found what you want. Its a small unit right where you said it would be. It has a hose going to the manifold and one went to what looked like a pressure reulator by the fuel rail. It also had some wiring coming out if too. Is this what you're looking for?
Out of curiosity, what does it do? Is there any way I can check to make sure its working before I send it to you?

mazdaspeedwest: Sorry, I gave the fan to a friend of mine and I need the radiator to fix my daily driver that recently decided to start leaking.
The power steering resevoir, however, is available.
