Hey guys, this is a feeler thread to see if anyone is interested in purchasing the seats (front and rear) from my P5 with leather and air bags. The car has 10K miles and the seats are mint with no scratches, faded or discoloration. I'm going to building a custom nitrous rack in the back/cargo area so the seats must go and the fronts will be replaced with racing buckets. Shipping will probably be pretty high so I will not add any extra to it...just what it costs to get from me to you.


p.s. Does anyone know where I can find the "ebay mazdaspeed" seats....a generic black seat with "mazdaspeed" stiched to the back?? I saw these for a long time and then they dissappeared. Surely someone has them or knows how to contact the shop that sells them.

It will be quite a bit. I know for me to get 2 front buckets shipped to me in the U.S. it's almost $100USD for just the fronts. I would say $150USD just in shipping. I won't be able to get a better estimate until I physically remove everything from the car and weigh it. The seats with airbags weigh a good bit more also. Fortunatly the rear seats are pretty light.

hell, i honestly don't have any idea what they're worth. i'd rather have a set of sparco's for the front or something of the like. just wondering what you're asking.

I know the shipping will be expensive but a heck of alot cheaper then buying the seats from the dealer. Last time I checked it was $1550 (CAD)

The shipping ALONE is going to be $150+ usd.....add that to the cost of the seats!!

That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure. Just got off the phone with the dealer and they want 1700 CAD. How about 450 USD shipped?

no thanks man, that won't even replace the front bucket seats. Also, $450 USD is only about $650CAD, not even half of what your dealer offered.

I'll contact my local dealer and see what they sell for in USD so we can compare apples to apples.

going by the numbers you gave it would cost $1300USD new...I was thinking 70% of new price since they have so few miles on them....about $900 or so.
